Begin or end your day immersed in nature’s rhythm.
In the quiet of morning light or the golden hush of evening, join us under the redwoods for a deeply nourishing practice of breath, movement, meditation, and somatic awareness. These sessions are invitations to return to yourself—to clear what isn’t yours, reconnect to your center, and ground in the steady pulse of the Earth.
☀️ MORNINGS (7AM)
Start the day in sacred stillness—attuning to your breath, body, and the gentle awakening of the world around you. These practices support natural detoxification, spinal alignment, and clarity for the day ahead.
🌙 EVENINGS (6PM)
Unwind the weight of the day as the light softens. Let go of stress, tension, and energetic buildup so you can rest deeply and rise renewed.

👶 Children under 15 welcome (free)
🪑 Benches available for those who prefer not to sit on the ground
✨ Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Remember the rhythm beneath the rush.
Bring a mat, a blanket, water, and anything else that helps you feel supported.

Each class is made to be accessible to everyone.
